I need to cancel my seminar registration and it is more than 14 business days away. What should I do?
Please contact us at 303-475-9778 and provide us with your name, seminar date and credit card information and we will process your cancellation.

What are the terms and conditions for canceling a ticket?
Cancellations and Substitutions: You may cancel your registration and receive a refund up to 14 days prior to the seminar date. A $10 cancellation fee will be assessed for all refunds. You may send another representative from your studio if you or another paid attendee is unable to attend. Please note that if you do not cancel and are unable to attend, a refund cannot be processed. To obtain a refund, please contact a Tour Representative at 303-475-9778 or email info@sandypuctours.com. Refunds are not granted for discount codes.

I am unable to attend the seminar but it is less than 14 business days and I cannot get a refund. Will you send me the packet I would have received at the seminar?
Yes, if for some reason you are unable to attend the seminar but cannot get a refund, please email us requesting your seminar packet.

After I registered I received a discount code for money off. How do I get this refund?
Discount codes may only be applied when the ticket is purchased. We cannot refund a discount amount after tickets have been purchased. Tickets may be refunded up to two weeks (14 business days) prior to show, only if you are unable to attend.

I ordered tickets to the tour, but I was unable to print my tickets. I have my receipt that was emailed to me, so is there anyway I can get the tickets emailed to me?
Please print your receipt in place of your ticket to show at the tour registration desk at the seminar.

Can I be put on a wait list for my city?
Sorry, but we are unable to administer a wait list. Our best recommendation is to visit the website to check for ticket availability. As soon as cancellations occur, the site will show as "Register".

What’s the best way for me to register for my seminar?
The best way to guarantee a seat is to register online.

What do I need to show at the door to get in?
Please bring your emailed confirmation to show the registration desk. If you don’t have your confirmation, you can give your name to the people at the registration table and they will verify you are on the registration list.

One of the people I originally registered cannot attend. Can I bring someone else in their place?
Yes, just have them check in at the registration table with the name of the original attendee.

How early should I arrive for the seminar?
We recommend arriving up to an hour before the program/seminar begins so that you have time to check in, receive your registration packet, and get settled. For instance, if the program starts at 2:00 pm, please consider arriving around 1:00 pm for program registration/check-in. For a program that starts at 5:00 pm, consider arriving at 4:00 pm.

Can I arrive late for the seminar?
We ask that attendees be no more than 30 minutes late to avoid missing important information. Many times, when attendees arrive late, they ask questions that were actually addressed earlier in the seminar and keep the instructor from being able to cover newer material due to backtracking.

Can I bring my spouse or child with me for free since they are just coming along for the ride?
Anyone attending the event will need to have purchased a ticket, including staff or other members from your studio and/or family members. We discourage bringing your children to the event, as it can be disruptive to the other attendees if the child is making noise or the parent has to keep leaving the seminar.

At what hotel is my seminar being held?
Please check the website at the BUY TICKETS link, find your date and location and click the “More Information” link. If your hotel says “TBA,” we will post the name and address of the venue online 30 days prior to the tour date.

Is there a dinner break during the seminar?
There are two 15-minute and one 25-minute breaks during the seminar. However, Sandy Puc' Tours does not provide food or beverages..

Can I bring food?
We will email you before the show to let you know if food is allowed or available for purchase on the premises. However, we encourage you to contact the seminar venue if you have additional questions. If food is allowed, we suggest you bring your own food and beverages as Sandy Puc’ Tour does not provide these. As a courtesy to others during the seminar/show, please consider using your breaks to enjoy your food and/or beverage.

Can I record the seminar?
There is no recording permitted, including video, voice and photographs.

Will Sandy be photographing models during the seminar?
For demonstration purposes, when Sandy has models available she will be photographing them. She does her best to have a live model for each seminar stop.

Will I be able to purchase products after the seminar?
Products are available for purchase, you can click on the “Store” button at the top of this page. You can download the pdf order form and fax your order to (720) 974-9778 or email it to tech support and we will do everything within our knowledge and experience to troubleshoot our product.

I will not be able to attend the Sandy Puc’ Tour seminar. Can I purchase Sandy’s presentation on DVD?
Sandy’s Sandy Puc’ Tour presentation will beavailable for purchase for $99 after the completion of the tour. Previous tours are available for purchase in the store shopping page.

Will I be able to purchase products after the seminar?
Products are available for purchase, you can go to store or you can download the pdf order form and fax your order to (303) 798-5003 or email it to orders@sandypuc.com.

Are there any discounts on products?
Tour products are offered at a specific discounted price on the day of the seminar. As an added bonus this year, Sandy is offering the opportunity for even more savings for tour attendees who use the new Express Checkout. To receive an additional 10% off your entire order, fill out the Express Order From completely, and have it ready to hand in upon checkout at the seminar. (Note: Express discount is valid the night of the show only)
